We are currently on the hunt for two new members of the team. We are searching for a sports therapist / physiotherapist as well as a sports massage therapist. What we need:
Candidate 1:
- Minimum level 5 qualification in sports therapy or physiotherapy
- Must have own insurance to practice and a first aid at work certificate
- Commitment to getting the best results for your clients
- A team player, with a strong work ethic, and the drive to build a client base for themselves
- Be local, or able to drive to out of town location
- Available a minimum of 2 half days per week, but building up to more. Available for some evening / weekend work
Candidate 2:
- Minimum level 3 qualification in sports massage
- Must have own insurance to practice and a first aid at work certificate
- Commitment to getting the best results for your clients
- A team player, with a strong work ethic, and the drive to build a client base for themselves
- Own transport is vital
- Be available for evening and weekend work
What we would like:
- Extra CPD qualifications such as taping, IASTM, MET, Ultrasound etc
- Minimum 6 months experience of working with clients
- Experience of working in a gym or fitness environment
- A desire to develop further qualifications where applicable
We are looking for both therapists to work on a self employed basis, For candidate 1 we will guarantee a minimum of 8 hours work per week, spread over 2 half days, with the option to do more based on bookings. Competitive rates of pay, hourly rate, with no hidden extras. Most clients will be booked for you, but we would also like someone who is prepared to put the effort in to building their own client base and growing with the business. Candidate 2 will be expected to be flexible and work hard to build up their own client base. Unfortunately we cannot offer minimum hours at present, but there will be opportunities available to work outside of the clinic where you will be able to generate your own client referrals. Both candidates will be responsible for their own tax and NI contributions.
