It’s been a long couple of months through January and February. The cold and rain is having a negative effect on many of us, and we are longing for spring to begin.
With energy levels being low this week, Tamsin decided to make Pilates a bit gentler, and more restorative this week.
We did a bit of yoga and stretching on Tuesday, a bit more yoga and some hip flexion work on Wednesday, and today we worked on tummies, back and glutes, but with an emphasis on slow movement, with lots of rest and stretching between.
Here are today’s group practicing Scorpion stretch, a lumbar rotation stretch and Tree pose.
