Welcome to Thriving In Menopause, by Personal Best Therapy

We are so excited to be finally able to bring you this beautiful 6 week workshop, created entirely with women like you in mind.

We want this workshop to be informative, interactive, and enjoyable. We hope that you will build friendships throughout our time together. And, most of all, we want to demonstrate to you that YOU CAN THRIVE throughout your peri- to post menopause journey.

ABOUT US

Tamsin Philp

Tamsin has been a sports therapist for almost 9 years and a pilates instructor for 6. Every day she works with women in perimenopause, who are struggling with symptoms, feeling ignored and frustrated.

“I wanted to learn more about menopause so I could better help my clients. But the more I learned, the more I realised how much false information is being fed to us all on a daily basis.”

Tamsjn wants to help women cut through the myths and the false marketing, to be able to understand and tune into their bodies more, so they can make properly informed choices.

Holly Cavanna

Holly has worked in the fitness industry for 11 years as an instructor, personal trainer, yoga teacher and sports massage therapist. Her focus has transitioned over the last 5 years towards empowering women aged 40+ in both their physical and mental wellbeing.

By helping women recover themselves in aspects like career, family and fitness, Holly has seen the profound difference she can make to their lives and happiness. She recognised the gap between her personal training certification and knowledge of menopause and the female body, so sought to complete further training as a menopause coach, allowing her to offer more informed, holistic support.

Holly has also been working through her own, very early, perimenopause journey, due to a chronic illness. This has further fuelled her dedication to helping women thrive during this phase of their life.

Claire Kimber

Claire is a registered Nutritional Therapist with many years of experience. She has always been interested in health and healthy eating, but after 20 years in the financial industry, she decided to turn her interest into a career. Handling stress an =d eating on the go were staples before she made the change, and so she is fully aware of the implications of this fast-paced lifestyle on the female body.

Having gained her degree in Nutritional Therapy, Claire realised how much she could help others by drawing on her own experience and new knowledge. She has a particular interest in performance and energy management, which includes gut health, the relationship between the gut and the brain, and female health.

You’ll also receive your own personal tracking journal. You cannot get this journal anywhere else, as it was created specifically for these workshops.
And you’ll gain access to an exclusive Facebook group, where you can chat, ask questions and get support. This will be running for a full 6 weeks after the workshops finish, so you can continue to get support, and support each other.
