Personal Best Therapy is currently located within Winners 2000 Fitness in Paignton. It provides an ideal space for Tamsin to work, with facilities available to suit every client. Her cozy treatment room offers a welcoming and warm private space for consultations and soft tissue treatments, whilst the gym next door offers a large studio space for classes, plus a huge range of gym equipment. Tamsin can offer 1:1 exercise sessions, utilising the studio or gym area. There is even a sauna!

There is plenty of free parking in the gym carpark. Winners 2000 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you’d like more information on Winners 2000 gyms please visit their website – www.winners2000.co.uk

Please note, we cannot currently serve wheelchair users in the treatment room or studio, due to stairs. If you are unable to manage stairs, please contact us to arrange a possible home visit. Prices for home visits vary according to location.
