About Personal Best Therapy
Personal Best Therapy was first established as a massage practice back in 2014, by Tamsin Philp. Over the years it has grown and evolved into the holistic health practice, Personal Best Health and Therapy. She has a mission to make health and wellness available and accessible for all, without long waiting lists or bureaucracy.
Tamsin believes that there are four pillars of health, and only by bringing all four into daily practices and habits, can you achieve a full and complete picture of health for your mind and body. These four pillars consist of Movement and Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Rest, and Stress Reduction.
As a soft tissue therapist, a Pilates and movement instructor, and a nutrition coach, Tamsin’s goal is to help guide her clients towards being happy and healthy in their body and mind. She has helped hundreds of clients, over the years, to overcome chronic pain, to become stronger and fitter, to lose weight and achieve their personal body goals, and to advise clients on a vast range of health issues. It’s not about quick fixes, or gimmicks. It’s about incorporating healthy habits into your daily routine, so you don’t even need to think about them.
In the future, Tamsin hopes to create a Community Interest Company, helping to make her treatments and classes available to more people, not just those who can easily afford it.
